Treason by a US Commander and Chief who aided America’s Enemies

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
“President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. also known as the current Commander and Chief of America’s armed forces must be held to account and be IMPEACHED for the crimes of TREASON when he solely was responsible for ARMING the Taliban terrorists in Afghanistan.” You really do not need more proof than that.
In United States law, treason is the crime of a citizen of the United States betraying his or her country. The crime of treason is often described as giving “aid and comfort” to enemies either on U.S. or foreign soil; it is an act punishable by death.
American Law:
According to the United States State Department Foreign Terrorist Organizations BUREAU OF COUNTERTERRORISM, the Taliban of Afghanistan is a Designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) are foreign organizations that are designated by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended. FTO designations play a critical role in our fight against terrorism and are an effective means of curtailing support for terrorist activities and pressuring groups to get out of the terrorism business.
The Taliban hailed the departure of US troops, describing it as a “historic moment”, declaring that Afghanistan has now gained “full independence”.
The last flight, a large C-17 military transport, took off from Hamid Karzai International Airport one minute before midnight Kabul time, McKenzie said. President Joe Biden set a deadline of August 31 for the withdrawal earlier this year.
The final flight took place under heavy security following two attacks on the two-week evacuation operation by Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) – one a suicide bombing that left at least 175 people dead, including 13 US troops.
If US law and Military Law can not see this as high treason and impeachable, then American law and the Oath of Office have become irrelevant.
Here are the top two impeachment legal criteria:
1. a charge of misconduct made against the holder of a public office.
2. the action of calling into question the integrity or validity of something.
It does not matter if it was intentional or by ineptness, it is arming a terrorist organization with state-of-the-art full armaments that surpass most countries on earth’s militaries. All done illegally with $85 Billion in taxpayer money.
Even the top generals Gen. Frank McKenzie, who oversaw the withdrawal as head of U.S. Central Command, and Gen. Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff advised the Commander and Chief Joe Biden that the Afghan Army will implode as soon as American troops leave. Biden did it anyway and should stand trial for his actions.
1. His actions massively aided (ARMED) America’s enemies.
2. Even deserting America’s Allies as well as leaving tens of thousands of Americans in-country, totally unprotected against the Taliban.
3. Even abandoning the American embassy and the Kabul airport would have allowed America a foothold on the border of China, Russia, and Iran.
