Revenge of the Third Branch of Government

The Supreme Court of the United States seems to be on a mission to pay their enemies a lesson or two. Who you ask might be their enemies? Let’s ponder that case to understand their current actions; or shall we say NON ACTIONS.
- First on this list would obviously be Donald Trump. The current President. Why? He is and has spoken in derogatory tones to many judges over the years. Thinks the courts are there to sort out the fights he created like the example of the US flag in Mar-A-Largo being too big. And now the audacity of Trump to force three Republican-appointed Supreme Court Judges on this Court in half a Presidential term. How dare he?! We, the Supremes in our fancy robes are supposed to be the Third Branch of Government – equal to the Executive and Legislative.
- Since there are only three (3) Democrat-appointed Judges and now six (6) Republican-appointed Judges on the Supreme Court of the United States, these Supremes are feeling unbalanced in their house of cards and intend to show those who appointed them, their disapproval. So, Republicans will pay a huge price ongoing.
- These judges are not like their predecessors namely Rehnquist, William H. (Rep) appointed by Reagan; Ginsburg, Ruth Bader (Dem) appointed by Clinton; Scalia, Antonin (Rep) appointed by Reagan; just to name a few, that were all voting by party line for the most of it.
- Judge Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and especially Barrett will show Republicans and Trump that they are not owned by them or will help them with any legal cases. Such is very clear and evident by the attempts from the Right that was brought to this court to rule on the LAW of the Land and hold accountable those who still now are STEALING a National Presidential election that has clear evidence of millions of cases of voter fraud.
3. And last but not least, the Supremes are realizing or have realized the consequences of their actions such as Roe vs. Wade (not the millions of people that court case ruling allowed to be legally killed), but rather the unpopularity of that ruling between left and right with the Supremes in the middle. So these cowards will avoid future mishaps like that by refusing to hear cases, does not matter how critical or important they might be. Why worry? These judges are appointed in a life-long job, not until they retire, but until they are dead. (Who the hell made up that rule???)
Needless to say, the Supreme Court of the United States is just another political and corrupt joke, and the sad part is that their rulings or refusal of rulings, devastates lives as well as this country’s future, perhaps forever.
