With China and Russia partnering against NATO and the USA to invade countries like Taiwan or Ukraine will have cataclysmic effects for both Russia and China in the long term. China can easily see the Ukraine war as a chance to take back regions of Russia that would greatly benefit China. On the other hand, China’s possible invasion of Taiwan will most certainly activate a global war of many nations against China.

With China’s agressive push for more territory and territorial waters, they seem to have forgotten how easy it was in WW2 for Japan to invade China. Now with Japan building massive military bases and rearming as a world fighting force, China has awoken the dragon again.
